⚖️ Legal Limitations

• Your use of Amor is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of match success.
• Where legally required, our liability is limited to NZD500.
• You must comply with your local laws while using our services.

👤 Account Integrity & Conduct

• Each individual may maintain only one active Amor account or profile at any time.
• Creating duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts without approval may result in restricted matching, suspension, or termination.
• Users must communicate respectfully with our team and other members.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
• Where duplicate accounts are identified, Amor reserves the right to merge or close profiles to maintain platform integrity.

💳 Subscriptions & Refunds

Amor subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and managed by those providers. Refund requests outside the platform’s refund window must be submitted directly through the relevant app store provider. Amor may confirm subscription status but cannot override the store provider’s refund policies.

🚨 Termination & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Amor at any time for any breach of these terms or behaviour inconsistent with our platform policies. This may include limiting account visibility, matching eligibility, or platform access. Upon termination, your right to access ends immediately.
